It helps clinics handle online appointments, doctor schedules, patient records, waiting queues, basic patient details, payments, and role-based staff access. The system is built for clinics, hospitals, medical centers, and private practices that want to reduce manual paperwork, improve patient flow, and manage appointments more efficiently.

Core Modules
Online Appointment Booking
Patients can book appointments directly from the public clinic website. They can select a doctor, choose an available slot, enter their basic information, and receive an appointment confirmation. The system also generates a printable appointment token in PDF format.
Doctor Management
Clinic staff can add and manage doctor profiles, including doctor name, degree, specialty, contact details, address, description, and active/inactive status. This helps the clinic maintain a clean and updated doctor directory.
Doctor Slot Management
Administrators can create doctor availability slots by day and time. Each slot supports appointment capacity, interval duration, overbooking percentage, and estimated next appointment time, making schedule planning practical for busy clinics.
Patient Management
Staff can maintain patient records with name, phone, email, and address. Patients created through online booking or staff entry are stored in the system, making future appointments easier to manage.
Patient Appointment Management
Reception or clinic staff can create, update, search, and manage patient appointments. Appointments can be marked as scheduled, checked in, completed, cancelled, or waiting. The system also supports moving patients between doctors and keeps alternative appointment tracking.
Waiting List and Queue Management
When a doctor slot is full, the system automatically places new appointments into a waiting list. If a confirmed slot becomes available, waitlisted patients can be promoted automatically. Doctors and staff can view the live queue and monitor total, confirmed, checked-in, waitlisted, completed, and cancelled patients.
Doctor Appointment View
Doctors can view their own appointments and queue based on their role. Admin users can view appointments across all doctors. This keeps each doctor screen focused and makes consultation flow easier.
Patient Basic Details Module
The clinic can define custom basic detail fields such as vitals, symptoms, or other pre-checkup information. Staff can capture these details for today's waiting patients before consultation, and the system stores patient history for later review.
Payment Management
Staff can record appointment payments, payment amount, payment method, payment status, reference number, and notes. Payments can be marked as paid, pending, or cancelled, giving the clinic a simple way to track revenue against appointments.
Role-Based Access Control
The system includes permission-based access for different users such as admin, doctor, and compounder/front-desk staff. Each role only sees the modules relevant to their work, improving security and reducing confusion.
User Account and Security Features
The application includes login, profile management, password update, email verification, and two-factor authentication support. This helps protect sensitive clinic and patient information.
Dashboard and Admin Panel
The authenticated admin panel provides structured navigation for managing doctors, slots, appointments, queues, patients, payments, and basic details from one place.
PDF Appointment Token
After booking an appointment, the system can generate a compact PDF token containing patient, doctor, appointment time, booking time, and token number information.
Search and Pagination
Most management screens include search and paginated tables, making it easier for staff to quickly find doctors, patients, appointments, payments, slots, and records.

Subscription / Rental Terms
DigiHS provides this software on a rental/subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives access to use the system during the active subscription period. Client clinic data remains the property of the client.
Support Note
Support is available for active clients according to the selected support plan. Support may include troubleshooting, guidance, bug fixes, and maintenance for standard product functionality.
