02Digital Service Delivery
Software access may be delivered through login credentials, a dashboard, deployment link, email, server deployment, cloud hosting setup, or remote setup session.
03Delivery Timeline
For DigiHS rental-based software products, access is usually provided within 1 business day after payment confirmation and required onboarding information are received.
For custom websites, mobile applications, desktop applications, custom software, integrations, or client-specific enhancements, delivery time depends on discussion with the client and the confirmed project details, requirements, recommendations, scope, approvals, content, integrations, and technical complexity.
04Rental-Based Software Access
Rental or subscription-based software access is provided after payment confirmation and onboarding. For standard rental products, DigiHS usually provides access within 1 business day once required information is complete. Access remains active during the paid subscription period, subject to these policies and terms.
05Custom Software Delivery
Custom software delivery may be divided into milestones such as requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Timelines are not fixed before discussion because each client project can differ in scope, features, platform, integrations, content, approvals, and recommendations. The expected delivery timeline may be shared in the proposal, invoice, agreement, or project communication after the project details are reviewed.
06No Physical Shipping
Because our products are software and services, no physical shipping is required unless a physical item is specifically included in a written agreement.
