Custom services are quote-based. Before work begins, DigiHS provides or confirms a written proposal describing the agreed scope, deliverables, exclusions, estimated timeline, commercial terms, and any third-party costs. All prices are quoted in PKR unless stated otherwise in writing.
Work begins only after the client gives written approval of the proposal and the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmed. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and written approval.
Custom projects may use a deposit and milestone invoices. The applicable payment schedule is stated in the approved proposal or agreement. Subscription fees and support retainers are invoiced according to the applicable plan or written arrangement.
Each invoice or payment request contains a unique reference, client or project identification, scope or milestone, amount, due date, and applicable taxes where relevant. Clients should retain this reference for support, cancellation, and dispute requests.
No payment gateway is currently active on this website. DigiHS does not collect card or wallet payment details through this website. Payment instructions are issued separately only after an approved quote or invoice.
